Exchange & Returns

At ADAORE, every piece is crafted with care and carefully inspected before it reaches you.
However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the resolution simple and seamless.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept requests under the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be intact
  • A valid unboxing video is required for damage/defect claims

What Qualifies

  • Size issues (where resizing is not applicable)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged product received
  • Product not as expected

What Does Not Qualify

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Minor variations in color/finish due to lighting or screen differences
  • Slight irregularities inherent to handcrafted designs
  • Products showing signs of use

Refunds

We offer refunds for eligible returns under the following terms:

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
  • Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing timeline: 5–7 working days after approval
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 working days

Exchange Options

You may choose to:

  • Exchange for another product of equal value
  • Upgrade to a higher value product by paying the difference
  • Opt for store credit (valid for 30 days)

Return / Exchange Process

  1. Email us at support@adaore.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Issue description
    • Unboxing video & images
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  3. Once approved:
    • Shipping instructions will be shared
    • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable)
  4. After quality check, your refund/exchange/store credit will be processed within 5–7 working days

Shipping & Charges

  • Reverse shipping is complimentary for damaged or defective products
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted or applied

Quality Check

All returned items undergo a strict quality inspection.
ADAORE reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.


Important Notes

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video without cuts for all orders
  • Requests without sufficient proof may not be accepted
  • Returns requested beyond the specified timeline will not be considered
